Terry McFadden has been working as a Story Analyst/Script Doctor for production companies, studios and the individual writer since 1998.  He has covered, analyzed, edited, revised and given notes on hundreds of screenplays, plays and novels as well as ghost-writing, script doctoring and rewriting.  In addition to his work as a writer and analyst, Terry has over 20 years of experience in the entertainment industry working as a writer, director and producer. Not only has the plays he has written been produced over 40 times in venues throughout the United States but he has also contributed as a researcher for published magazine articles as well. Terry has completed several screenplays of his own and is affiliated with many writing organizations and groups and is an Alumni of Writers Boot camp. He loves working with writers and is dedicated and determined to lead and guide the writer to making their work and script their very best.  His keen insight to what the Industry wants and his ability to nurture the writer's unique voice set him apart from the cookie cutter set.

Award winning editor Jennifer Drake heads up the Novel, Short Story, Essay, Vignette, Prose, Poetry, Anti-story and Novellete department. Her expertise, insight, notes and direction in these writing forms have proven invaluable to writers pursuing being published.
